Loan Officers

Responsibilities:

  • Marketing and attracting potential loan clients and promoting bank products, in particular micro loans outside the bank premises, particularly at markets or business areas
  • Conducting business assessment, client repayment capacity and risk analysis of loan applicants according to the procedures
  • Preparation of loan proposal for the Credit Committee
  • Presenting the loan proposal in a credit committee
  • Loan monitoring and recovery
  • Preparing reports required by Branch Manager,
  • Supporting branch colleagues as appropriate.
